If you are thinking about buying a home for the first time, this might sound like a monolithic undertaking! Believe me, it’s not. Buying a house is complicated, but once you get your ducks in a row, it’s really not that bad. But for what you can presently afford, not for what you can one day afford.
It’s also important to make sure you’re on the right page with your partner about all aspects of the home – what you hope to do with it, how you plan to grow into it with all aspects of your life.
